Had infodemo (DECO 2606) this morning. Seems very interesting. Right up my alley. D'oh! Why am i torn between two subjects?!?!

Still looking for that 35mm SLR...

Made some progress with the research aspect. Here are the results:

my last day to discontinue without failure is 31st August (about 4 weeks). So I'll see how things pan out in Photography vs. Infodemo. Stay tuned...

just finished first photography class-woot!

yes, very interesting, mainly i'm worried about the assessments but I'm pretty sure i'll stay in it, it's too interesting to drop.

Plus, it's a good skill to have.

As for the DECO project brainstorm, pfft! I might try to develop some mobile tech that addresses the 'Play' category-i.e. a game. Or the something on a personal user level...like a translator or sumthin...

okay i've read the content on most of the sites below:
index, grameen phone, think cycle, OLPC and the online text 'the Quality of life' by Martha Nussbaum and Amartya Sen.

Have to finish reading the wikipedia entries on: the quality of life, GDP country list, standard of living, Human development index, etc.
